While this method was previously used exclusively for executive search, nowadays it also yields excellent results for specialist roles. Direct search is always preceded by a comprehensive market analysis tailored to the industry.​

Database Screening: We screen candidates matching the position requirements from our proprietary or public CV databases, as well as professional social networking platforms.​

Own Network: Thanks to our extensive network of relationships, we fill numerous open positions using our internal network resources.
