01. Database screening, direct search, networking, contact outreach:
We perform database screening, identify professionals from relevant potential companies, and initiate contact with them.
02. Invitations and structured in-depth interviews:
Professional interviews are conducted by us. The specialist delegated to the project by the client provides ongoing opportunity to align and refine the job profile.
03. Preparation of "Candidate Profile":
We prepare detailed professional and personality assessments of potential candidates. The client receives and reviews the CVs and candidate profiles, providing feedback on the candidates.
04. Follow-up:
We build long-term relationships with every candidate. We conduct follow-up interviews one, three, and six months after placement. The client makes the final decision after the first and second rounds of interviews.
