Miklós Rajczi-Juhász graduated in 1997 with a degree in Psychology from the Miskolc Faculty of Humanities. Between 1998 and 2000, he worked in HR consulting, organizational development, designing and delivering small and medium group skill-development trainings, as well as setting up Assessment Centers. From 2000 to 2012, he served as HR Director for leading domestic and international companies. He has been specializing in direct search and HR consultancy since 2012.

Csaba Vörös began his professional career in 2001 as an HR consultant in the HR services market. Between 2003 and 2015, he was involved in sales for skill-development training and organizational development consulting services. He complemented his practical background by earning a Human Resources Management degree at Szent István University in 2009. Since 2015, he has been specializing in direct search and HR consultancy.
